Personal Settings
In your personal settings, you can customize your username. This gives you a personalized sharing link:
https://{username}.helloscreen.com/code
Share this link with viewers to let them join your sessions directly.
Team Settings
Team administrators can configure the following options in team settings:
Persistent Link
Enable or disable the code feature to keep your sharing link always the same. When enabled, the code part of the link is not used, making your link consistent accross sessions. This is not as secure (keep the code if you share private data!) but more convenient when sharing the link.
Post-Session Redirect
Customize where viewers are sent after the session ends. This allows you to redirect them to:
- A feedback form
- Your company website
- A support page
- Any custom URL
