It’s difficult to know what to do once you’ve published any form of content.
Waiting and hoping that it will go viral is not the solution. Neil Patel shows

This article is part of the ‘How To Create a Viral Video for Your Boring
Product’ series
by Upscope, a service to effortlessly
guide website visitors from sign up to purchase using modern instant screen
sharing.
Keypoints
Consistently write viral content: When you write an article, you want it to go
viral, for people to share it, and you want it to rank on google.
-
Go to google.com/trends and type in keywords and phrases in your space and
they’ll show you what’s popular. They also show you what is currently going
viral.. So, you will notice you’ll get more traffic by writing something
relatable to what is trending than about something that happened a year ago. -
Use Buzzsumo.com and type in keywords related to your space. It shows you
the latest viral content that has been doing well in the last few months and
year. -
Add more detail. If you see a post titled: 38 ways to do something. Write a
post titled: 78 ways to do something. If the first post was popular. You have
a great chance of going viral. -
With Buzzsumo, if you’re looking at another post similar to yours, you can
also see who shared that piece of content. From there, you can find their
Twitter, send them an email along the lines of:
Hey John,
I noticed you shared this article (insert article) by Sam from TechCrunch.
That article broke down, how Google Analytics screwed online marketing. I have
a similar article that’s coming up, but mine talks about: “How Google
Analytics Helped Marketing.”
Cheers
Patrick
John will probably respond back… And you can reply with:
Here you go: (insert link)
Cheers,
Patrick
P.S If you shared it, it would not only make my day, but it would make my
year.
