How Freedom Debt Relief Significantly Raised their Conversion Rate Using HelloScreen

Who are Freedom Debt Relief?
In 2002, Founders Andrew and Brad created Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) in order to provide a consumer-friendly option for people who were struggling with debt.
Their mission was to offer a debt relief program that enabled people to reduce debt, build wealth and achieve financial freedom.
They now offer a comprehensive program that helps the customer build savings, negotiate better settlements with creditors and work their way to being debt free.
The Challenge
Customers coming in as warm leads still require a lot of education on the product and they are far from sold on the idea even though they completed an enquiry form.
FDR wanted to build an experience for customers, over the phone, that would build trust and make things crystal clear for them to move forward.
The Solution
Using HelloScreen, FDR now converts clients by screen sharing presentations directly to the client’s phone during the call.
FDR agents guide the client through a personalized slide deck and this process “significantly raises the conversion rate.” There are now over 500 agents using it.
Directly showing the customer information about FDR’s reputation, how simple the process is, and critically having them see the savings they’d get, on their screen, was obviously going to be better than just talking at them.
The New Process
Customers fill in an initial data collection form
A sales agent would reach out via telephone to qualify to applicant
Whilst on the phone, the sales agent would initiate an instant screen sharing session
From there, both the agent and client will move through FDR’s onboarding slide deck until completion
Why does HelloScreen raise conversion rates so much?
“Huge increase in the conversion rate”
“Significantly improved conversion rates”
“More than doubled the conversion rate”
“Even low intent customers converted at 26% higher”
Why are companies like Freedom, JG Wentworth, Flare saying this? Seeing is believing. When you can show someone the savings they’ll make, the social proof, the process and more, you build trust in a way that is not possible by just being a stranger on the phone, trying to sell to them.
